They are exactly albinos so in sandbox you need to breed them (that's quite tough apparently, I don't play in sandbox so I haven't tried it) but there are usually quite a lot available in franchise.

You can find them in the market in sandbox as well, but it's extremely rare and you won't know until the animal is placed in the habitat (the mutations don't show in the sandbox market for some reason).

Yea most animals have a rare and not rare version. For most animals, it's their albino or leucistic skin

You can't "breed" them in sandbox. You have to try to get them per chance. And the chances are very low. (about 1600:1)
The only chance to get them in sandbox is a "breeding-fabric" with 6 or more enclosures, all animal welfare turned off and hours upon hours of waiting and later on deleting selling 1000s of normal coloured ones. Remember: they don't pass on their fur-colour to their offspring in sandbox. So having one black panther in sandbox is close to having none.

Yeah but if you also disable death you can have that 'one' forever. That's how I play, at least.
