Jameson Memorial missions?

Does the system have any bgs states, like lockdown etc? I have a feeling one of them locks the mission board, and would hunch at lockdown but I can't say for sure.

Hopefully a more useful answer than my last one?!

Have you tried restarting the game?
edit: just checked - state is indeed "None", so this must be some BGS hiccup

I'm going to take a break, keep getting kicked off the server.
I hope it doesn't end up like Red Dead 2 online, I ended up throwing that in the bin because it became impossible to make any progress, getting kicked every 5 minutes.
And no, no one can haz my stuffs.

Yes, it's been BGS locked ever since Shinrarta went into lockdown for several weeks a few years ago, preventing players from using the shipyard or outfitting services.

However, the minor factions that give you the missions are not exempt from BGS states or effects, as they all exist in at least one other system.

Did it get UA bombed with alien materials or am I thinking of something else? I know a station in Ceos took a hit at one point.

Jameson Memorial never had a black market, so was immune to UA bombing.

I think there was a station that was hosting subsequent CGs that got UA bombed and it really caused a stink.
