Jameson's Crash Site drops updated? Getting up to 18 Encoded Mats in 1 scan

I searched to see if this had already been posted but didn't see anything so here goes.

I just stopped off at Jameson's Crash Site to get encoded mats to trade for Datamined Wake Exceptions. Filled up very quickly and on inspection EDDiscovery showed up to 18 encoded mats for Atypical Encryption Archives (Rare), 15 Adaptive Encryptors Capture (Very Rare), and others down to the usual 3 mats.
I am also scanning 5 data points from where I park my SRV. I think I used to only get 4...

I use VoiceAttack to restart the game (shouldn't have to but...) quickly. I captured the scans and the location of the SRV.
