Jammer/Systems cloak

There would need to be some sort of risk reward with using 'illegal' tech like jammers etc. Just adding a module to make smuggling even easier seems all but pointless. The idea of setting traps for pirates by 'hiding' weapons is kinda interesting. In the elite novel 'Legacy' they actually have a character with a ship modified to be a pirate trap. (masking their weapons, and all their armour modifications made to look like full cargo racks.)

So it could be a cool idea, but it would be tricky to implement / get right.
 
A module that makes it easier for players to engage other players in unwanted PvP? Going to say no thanks. Not really interested in seeing ships I pay less attention to because they are not outfit with an interdictor, suddenly interdicting me. I already avoid open more than I like because I just don't feel like playing interdiction mini games, (that so many seem to keep saying never happens to them), so someone being able to hide they have an interdictor just makes avoiding them more annoying.

Now, if we wanted to discuss shielded cargo racks that make scans take more time, and/or decrease the range at which their cargo can be scanned, at the cost of halving carrying capacity for a given class, that might be interesting to smugglers. Pirates would not like that one though.
