So I wanted to become allied with Jaque because it seemed like fun, and since there is no bulletin board or commodities market the only way is to sell him explanation data.
The problem it that the Jaque faction still is in HIP 110620 even though the station has moved, so all the data I just sold him didn't do a thing.
