Jettison fuel for jump range management

It would be a nice feature to have an option to jettison x tons of fuel to manage jump range temporarily.
Other uses for the jettisoned fuel, have an optional oxygen store onboard to use the fuel as an alternate defence mechanism by creating a wall of fire to hide behind.

Yes, i want to be able to Drop fuel instead of having to jump back and forth to lose fuel.

I do use the, Fuel scoop off and keeping fuel low, but would be nice to have the choice.

Also, would be nice to be able to turn off and on separate fuel tanks. when i need low fuel, i could just have a small tank active and have my fuel scoop on, and just keep that one tank topped up.
