Jittery view, only in menu's.

I have the Oculus Rift and an AMD Radeon Pro Duo graphics card.
Unfortunately I cannot het ED to work properly.
The image continues to be jittery, whatever setting I try/modify.
I found this most annoying in the menu's where it is almost impossible to read the text.

Any idea what to do?
I upgraded video drivers and have completely reinstalled ED already.

In the Graphics menu, check Quality (I think that's what it's called) and look so 'HMD quality' and 'super-sampling' turn down the sampling and turn up the HMD quality

That should help, I don't know what SS actually does, I think it's something to upscale images to remove aliasing issues, but it doesn't nothing to help VR

Is this just in elite or other oculus titles?

Supersampling or hmd quality are two ways of controlling the resolution as sent to the hmd or reported by the hmd.

By my best estimate is it sounds like a tracking issue.
How far from the sensor are you sitting?
Is it reporting any issues?

I think you probably need to explain 'jittery' a little more. Is it the text only that is jumpy, or is it the whole display? Jittering text can be a result of ASW kicking in.
