Horizons John Jameson

back in the 1980's when Elite first came out you played someone called Jameson (assuming you didn't change the name when you saved). In Elite 2:Frontier you played J. Jameson jr (again assuming you didn't change the name when you saved), receiving the last will of your grandfather
Commander Peter Jameson (the Jameson from the first elite possibly), but if your J. Jameson jr that means you Dad must be J. Jameson. if so would he be the John Jameson featured on the hollonet news over the fast few weeks?

as I logged on to see if I had a reply I had a thought, in order for you to be a Jr you'll need the same name as your dad, so the John Jameson on the hollonet may not of been your dad, but you. not that it makes any differance

John Jameson is the great-grandfather of the Engineer Lori Jameson. His relation Peter Jameson is currently unknown in Elite Dangerous. Frontier: Elite 2 states that Peter Jameson is the father of 'J. Jameson', so it's probable that John Jameson is Peter Jameson's son (although this source is not Lore in E).

ISo I never really bothered getting into the story before... And to be honest i was after the mats yesterday, when i came across Johns log. It made quite an impact on me! I was furious! No wonder the Thargoids are a menace... Those backstabbing INRA. Are there anyway to fight their remenants? If there are any?

Well yeah... But those pilots are not to blame either, right? The Thargoids are hostile. Sometimes. Like us. But then again, Ive had many encounters with them without a single proton has been fired... I crave for INRA blood!
