i would like to know this as well but i figure there are server issues because i can't even take jobs from the bulletin board

I put this issue up on the Bug Report sector just to get a, "It should stay that way." I hope if it is actually a problem, that it will be fixed.

Syncing with friends is a problem with PC as well. Its been a problem for ever.

Only way I have found is both jump to same system and hope you get same super cruise instance then invite to wing it took me 40 mins to find a friend
