I'm not sure if this is an Odyssey issue or not, but I've noticed that several times over the last week or so that the journal file stored in Saved Games\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous stops updating mid-game. Has anyone else had this issue?

I’ll have to pay attention to that. It doesn’t happen every gaming session and I had only been playing about 20 mins last night when it stopped.
It seems that there is some issue around it. I use EDMC to update EDSM with my data and just noticed two sessions in last four days that look incorrect in EDSM. Only the last jump has been reported for them, 2700-ish and 2900-ish Ly respectively. EDMC hasn't reported any connection issues. I had to re-import journal files manually, now all looks good.
Sadly in my case the actual journal itself was missing information so re-uploading didn’t work.
Oh, that sucks...
