So I got that idea to create kind of journal, of places which I've already visited.
At the beginning I was thinking to write everything in real notebook, but very soon I switched to excel file. After a couple of days I found that creating the visual map of visited system would be very interesting so I started in ... google maps (custom map editor).
The idea is awesome, here is the result of a couple entries:

The problem is that interface of google maps editor is not too user friendly. Lots of clicking, can't move objects between layers, etc.
I was thinking about photoshop maybe?
Maybe you guys know any apps, programs to create something like schemes etc. which could be more user friendly to further develop this idea?
