No, I just made a giant post listing all the dinosaurs that are present and the ones that are not.
In Sandbox mode yes but in Challenge Mode no, only 25 campaign dinosaurs. This is disappointing. Challenge Mode must have no restrictions.

I still don't see the point of having the full roster in challenge mode. Dinosaurs are the biggest part of this game, so having the full roster in both eras would defeat the purpose of having separate eras. Of course, sandbox mode is the exception, since the point of sandbox mode is unrestricted creativity, which is not the purpose of challenge mode.
However, I hadn't considered what LordTrilobite had said. Although I don't agree that the entire roster should be available in the JP-era, there's definitely a few more species that should be included.

Really? You don't have access to all the dinos for challenge mode but, you do for sandbox?
