General / Off-Topic js/agent.bsk was found in my Computer. How do I get completely rid of it?

Already removed it by using Avira Antivirus but as far as I know Viruses can also embed themselfes in different Places, so is there anything else I should/could do?
A Website recommended Gridinsoft Anti-Malware but after a short Research it turned out that it isn't safe to install it
Edit: I know it means ,,on my Computer" and not ,,in" but my new Phones Autocorrect is extremely stupid and now I can't change the Title
Edit again: the second Scan didn't find anything but I'm still worried
As recommended on a trustful Site I've used Malwarebytes and it didn't find anything, so I assume the Virus was discovered early enough to easily get rid of it

Any time in the past that I got a virus I used the forums and tutorials on bleepingcomputer to get rid of it.

Malwarebytes is pretty reliable, even the free version so you should be ok.
