Every time i have to do multiple Jumps to reach my destination, i think: why are we not able to chain Jumps?
For example: your destination is 5 jumps away. Your ship is capable to do all the required jumps without the need to refuel. I would like to select the destination directly an chain the required jumps. That would eliminate the dull task of manually initiate all 5 jumps. To keep things balanced, let the wohl journey take as much time as all jumps minus the needles stops at the systems between. As a real cool feature FD could add the bypassed stars to witchspace as indicator how long it will take. I imagin screenfilling hot balls at the end of the tunnel and as you approach them, your ship changes the direction to the next star.
What do you think. I know the probability of an actual Implementation is very low, but i like to discuss it.
