There are several options:
You can use a tool like EDDiscovery to upload scan results to EDDB, where they are accessible by everyone, although this database does not list stuff like "systems with all the jumponium materials" (a.k.a. "Green Systems"), but if you know what these materials are you can search for them. I'm not sure if Captain's Log also uploads to EDDB, neither am I sure of ED Market Connector. One downside of these tools is that they can only send the data on the actual scanning event. You cannot send data that you have scanned already (EDDiscovery and Captain's Log can read your logs, so if the event is captured in the log... it might work).
You can also report your finds to the Prospection Farm Locations for Engineers / Jumponium thread, and you can use this thread of course also to find some other farming locations. Especially Baronesse Galaxy has inspected quite some sites, not only for materials, but also for the scenery

EDD doesn't, by default, send anything we can't send as it happens to EDDN (because some of the journals contain information about systems that can change and we don't want to update EDDN with anything stale) but there's a menu option to force a resend of planet scan data since that doesn't get stale.
