Your Feature Request / Idea
Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis - Dino Pack
Okay so i dont know if this qualifies as a group, i think not due to the fact it's bundled as a pack, but here we go.
As I said before, I've noticed that there are exactly 6 dinos featured in JPOG which are not featured in Evolution. Many, if not all of these hold some significance to players and we would love to see them back. I don't really care about why they were left out, i understand the need for concessions, time restraints or wanting to leave room for future content, it's all good, I'd happily even pay for these fellas so long as it's nothing ridiculous.
These bois are as follows:
Dryosaurus - A small herbivore also featured in Walking With Dinosaurs, that was usually the very first dino you would get in JPOG, making it's significance obvious. It was also one of the most common prey dinos. about the size of a pachy but obviously a different appearance.
Homalocephale - Another, even smaller herbivore which was ultra adorable and as the smallest dino in the game, had, inversely, a fair amount of significance.
Ouranosaurus - As one of the most striking hadrosaurae, with its distinctive orange, black and grayish coloration, along with the beautiful sail along it's back, this was a very cool dino to put in with carchara or spinosaurus, as they were also native to the same region those come from and in the case of the spino, kindof completed the exhibit with the whole "sail" thing going on.
Albertosaurus - This roughly ceratosaurus-sized predator was a smaller relative of the T-Rex, with a fairly distinctive look, that should also placate many people wanting to diversify the medium carnos with tyranosaurids, as i see many otherwise very... similiar looking dinos being suggested, which confuses me a bit.
Acrocanthosaurus - This fella was usually the very first large carnivore you could get in the game, making it a milestone of achievement, as well as genuinely being a rather unique and interesting theropod that would add to the variety of the existing ones.
Carcharadontosaurus - And finally we get to the scary boi himself, a big fan favourite as one of the largest and scariest dinos in the game. The significanceo f this one should also be evident, and while it shares some similiarities with the Giga, i think there is enough to set it apart.
That last one is courtesy of Steamblust on your reddit forums, who makes absolutely fantastic photobashes of your dinos to create new ones, highly suggest looking into his work. Although obviously this particular picture uses the giga and is therefore very wrong when ti comes to proportions and anatomy, but gets the coloration of JPOG right. Though you dont need to use the same colours as that game did, if that's an issue, obviously
Please remember to rate how much you like these ideas as the forum rules suggest, it is an important tool for the devs to know what the community wants and how much! Thank you!
