One story DLC and three or four dino packs along with one or two freebie skins and contract types would be my guess. 
Maybe they will make some changes or additions to the management side of things - a couple of new shops, benches and path lights would be nice, Or some more in-depth water system. You know - running water, bridges, etc.
That's not a guess, though, that's just a wish.

I definitely reckon we'll see a lot in 2019. I feel like the Secrets of Wu and Cretaceous Creature packs were testing the waters for new content. Now the team now people are hungry for more, I reckon we'll get it!
