I have a couple comments.
1. The Allosaurus in Fallen Kingdom looked different because they were juvenile males, whereas the individual in BABR was an adult female.

Atrociraptor, really boring... So this new movie has Pyroraptor, Velociraptor, Deinonychus and Atrociraptor? What an overkill...
And probably Blue kills them all, just for kicks... You can see the creators love their raptors and t.rex, and clearly don't give a freaking f about any other dinosaur...

The naming of the 2 new dinos are still based on rumors, not until an official reveal or response says otherwise. I'm unable to find the original post source for this render leak, but what I can truly say is those are official renders (but on the subject to change, just as Stephen Brusatte confirmed before).
The Para-thing in particular is very interesting. But something doesn't sit right, as of now, with me. While several color variants are known in-universe for Parasaurolophus itself, I think the all good looking close up Paras in general may have the standard pattern design. Plus, the website Para is just a provided art collaboration by a paleoartist, and not Universal owned or what some looked like in-universe. Because of that, I currently think this may be a second new species (hence the "2" above), Charonosaurus.
But, if it is a Parasaurolophus after all, maybe it's a different gender or a different breed type, like with some of the other film dinos, and not the case of applied "look effect-type genes" like with the glowing Paras for example, because the later idea for this case makes it sound too good to be true.
