(this isn't something that I think would ever happen either but I'm stating if they did end up doing it this would be a effective way of doing it and personally how I would do it.)
I know its abit of a odd request but if implemented right I imagine it could turn out fantastic.
It could function similarly to the aviary except abit more advanced with a set amount of feeders and depending on the diet of the insect could depend on what you want in that feeder similarly to the paleobotony mechanic introduced into claire's sanctuary adding ways to mix up the gameplay and there are 8 creatures I think could be fantastic choices for addition (do keep i and they are:
1.arthropleura (giant millipedes that eat from herbivore feeders)
2.meganeura (giant dragonflies that eat exclusively from carnivore feeders)
3.Pulmonoscorpius (giant scorpions that prefer live bait goat feeders)
4.Euphoberia (giant centipedes that prefer live bait goat feeders)
5.Titanomyra (giant ants that would basically act as the compys of the insects and would eat exclusively from the carnivore feeders)
6.Gigatitan (giant praying mantis that prefers the live bait goat feeders) 7.Archaeolepsis (prehistoric moth that prefers herbivore feeders)
8.Mesothelae for a giant spider that exclusively eats from live bait goat feeders (I know it's been proven to be a sea scorpion but let's be honest Jurassic park was never about accuracy or trying to be realistic so I'd love having a giant spider) And etc would be pretty cool.
I think the max population for the bug house should be 25 so you can cram alot inside of it and it would be a fairly large building.
There are more carnivores but more expensive to take care of and herbivores are less maintenance.
You could also either manually release the feeders and watch them eat or put it on auto and when it runs out you'd have to drive a ranger station to go and resupply the building instead of actually going inside.
