Hello Park Managers,
What an incredible November it's been for Jurassic World Evolution 2! We've been very busy, with lots of exciting news and announcements, so let's cut to the chase and get you all caught up on what you may have missed. Here's your round-up of what November had to offer.
News:
The biggest news, of course, is that we launched Jurassic World Evolution 2 on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One to rave reviews! You can also play it via NVIDIA GeForce NOW. The team and everyone here at Frontier would like to give a huge thank you to everyone in the community for all your support, kind words, and feedback in the last month. If you haven't bought the game yet you can head to our website to buy a digital version, or find a physical copy at your local retailer. If you're already playing, we hope you've enjoyed your time with it so far.
Before launch, we reached out to a number of people from the dev team to share their thoughts on the upcoming launch of the game. To put it mildly, everyone was very excited, especially to see how our players would react to seeing all the new dinosaurs. You can read the Dev Journal by heading to our forums.
November saw the release of two new Species Field Guides. The first was for Cryolophosaurus, a land carnivore with a unique head crest, first discovered in Antarctica. No wonder its name translates to "Frozen-crested lizard"! You can see the Species Field Guide video below:
The second Species Field Guide focused on the marine reptile Tylosaurus, a huge leviathan that you can house in your park Lagoons. Check it out in the video:
The community team has started streaming Jurassic World Evolution 2 on Frontier's Twitch channel and the Jurassic World Evolution 2 YouTube channel. If you've missed the first two, don't worry, there will be more streams in the future. Keep an eye on our social channels and forums for any and all announcements about streams. For now, you can catch up on our previous streams in the VODS:
Finally, we'd be remiss if we didn't mention the incredible launch giveaway, where you can win a custom Xbox Series X, a gaming chair from noblechairs, a headset from HyperX, and a set of Jurassic World Evolution 2 merch. There's still time to enter, so click this link to get started!
That's it for this month's Round-up. We'll see you again in December!
