I am not sure on PC but on Xbox and PS4 I am almost positive that the games are required to have achievements. At least I have never played one without them.

on the steam platform there are many achievements for video games (there are usually more than for Xbox and Ps4) and in other cases they are the same.

I'm thinking there may be some achievements that might be Easter eggs or maybe there might be ones for completing each island with 5 stars for the first time. Also, there may be achievements for creating a particular dinosaur for the first time in the game like when you first create a Tyrannosaurus or a Velociraptor.

I think this game will have achievements for all platforms and I also hope it will have trading cards on steam.

"Clever Girls" for the Velociraptor and "One Well Triceratops" (bit of antithesis of the actual statement) for the first Triceratops you create could also be a thing.
