For this episode, I sat down down with Game Director Richard Newbold and Frontier's Head of Technology to discuss the progress and challenges of fitting Jurassic World Evolution: Complete Edition on Nintendo Switch.

I`m brand new to the game and this will be my first time playing it, will there be more in game and developer insights videos coming and can we have more information on DLC`s, please. Thanks Developers, keep up the fantastic work you do for the community!

Hey JurassicMan1984! At the moment we don't have news to share about future content or updates for Jurassic World Evolution. We are fully focused on delivering the Complete Edition for more people to enjoy from 3 November on Switch.

Hey NexDev! We hope you'll enjoy the game when it comes out! There will be more information coming about the game coming. :) As for DLCs, we don't have any news to share at the moment, but we can tell you that Jurassic World Evolution: Complete Edition contains all DLCs and game updates that have been released since launch in 2018 (in addition to the base game):
  • Return to Jurassic Park Pack
  • Claire's Sanctuary Pack
  • Secrets of Dr. Wu Pack
  • Cretaceous Dinosaur Pack
  • Carnivore Dinosaur Pack
  • Herbivore Dinosaur Pack
  • Deluxe Dinosaur Pack
  • Raptor Skin Collection Pack
It is the full Jurassic World Evolution experience!

Are there any good starting guides for JWE and will there be any Prima Strategy books for the game? Will there be any sandbox modes etc.

Tom Jurassic has been making a series of tutorial videos to help ease new players into the game. They're a good place to start to get more information about the game, so I recommend checking them out:

There is a Sandbox Mode in Jurassic World Evolution. You will have to unlock elements in the campaign in order to use them in the Sandbox Mode (new dinosaurs, new buildings, etc).
