Jurassic World Evolution - Dinossauros paks (item game) help!

Hi everyone!
I just bought the game (deluxe edition) a few minutes ago with three Dinos Packs, Claire's Sanctuary and Secrets of Dr. Wu (on sales) but i cant find the dinossauros that i bought, is just because we cant have them on campaing?

And another question please, Secrets of Dr. Wu is a campaing like Claire's Sanctuary? Because i cant find either.

You can unlock them in the research center under "fossils." However, you can't unlock them right at the start. You need to level up your reputation with certain divisions on certain islands. For example, Dryosaurus is unlocked by leveling up your reputation with the science division on Isla Sorna.

As for the Dr. Wu campaign, it's integrated into the main campaign, unlike Claire's Sanctuary and RTJP. I forget when you unlock it, though.
