Jurassic World Evolution Now Available on Epic Games Store

Hello Park Managers!

We are very excited to announce that Jurassic World Evolution and all the DLC packs are now available on the Epic Games Store. The base game, all campaign DLCs, all dinosaur packs, and the Raptor Squad Skin pack are available for purchase starting today.

Not only that, the base game can be downloaded for free from today until 7 January! If you still haven't checked out Jurassic World Evolution, what are you waiting for? It's free! Right now!

Wow, I didn't realize this game was still constantly being developed to spread out to other audiences! First the Complete Edition for the Nintendo Switch, and now everything available for purchase being on another digital storefront.

I don't use the Epic Games Store myself, nor do I know of anyone else myself who uses it, but I love hearing that it's continuing to grow and expand its player base. Keep up the good work!❤

Hi! I got the game on the EGS and am excited to play it! Could you please tell me how to change the game's language? There does not seem to be an option in the ingame menus.

@Jens Erik Hi! I know that this game is available on GeForceNow(Cloud Gaming Service). But its the steam version.

Can you guys also enable to EPIC GAMES version to be playable on/via GeForceNow? This game is like a dream come true. I am a die hard Jurassic Park fan. PLEASE enable it on GeForceNow!!

I heard that it was going to be free the base game for P.C . Even though I do recall a lot of my friends got the base game for free on Xbox a while back and they still love that game even without the DLCs.

Hi folks,

Like many people, I picked up JPE as a free game promotion on the Epic Games store. I love it already!

That said, I'm interested in going ham on all the DLCs, but alas, none are on sale at Epic. However, the JWE Premium Edition is on sale on Steam for ~$30. Is there a way for me to be able to port my save game over from the Epic Games version of JWE to the Steam version or do I have to start all my expeditions and research projects from scratch on the Steam version?

Hi there Waywatcher!

As far as I know, it's not possible to port your saves from the version of Jurassic World Evolution you've downloaded from the Epic Games Store to Steam.

Hi doublewe,

If I remember correctly, the game will follow either your Windows Language or your launcher language. So see if changing the language you use in the Epic Games Store or Windows and see if this affects the in-game language. Please not that not all languages are supported!

I went down the same route you described, getting the game for free on Epic store but then ended up buying it on Steam because of the sale there.

Here is my solution:

The saves are stored here C:\Users\<username>\Saved Games\Frontier Developments\Jurassic World Evolution

This folder has a subfolder for each store. Since I downloaded the game on Steam but still had the saves from Epic there, there were 2 folders. In each folder there should be subfolders "Config" and "Saves"

The solution is as simple as copying the content of the Epic folder into the Steam folder, overwriting files when asked. Then all progress, settings and saves are migrated to Steam.

edit: Achievements will obviosly not transfer over but you get to keep the things you unlocked through Epic store achievements like the 1993 jeep skin.

I can see the steam version available on GeForce Now. But not the epic games version. I have already sent an email to Epic Games as well.

We have nothing to announce regarding availability of the Epic Games Store release on GeForce Now
