Take control of the Muertes archipelago – Jurassic World Evolution is out today on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One!

After our initial game announcement a little over a year ago, we’ve been working hard on bringing you the next iteration of dinosaur and disaster management. Jurassic World Evolution puts you in charge of both, and how you choose to proceed is entirely in your hands – Dr. Ian Malcolm and a cast of iconic characters will be there to guide you along the way.

Challenge yourself and create your own Jurassic World within the divisions of Science, Entertainment, and Security. You will need to construct tourist attractions, research facilities, and containment centres for your island to flourish. Your operations are vital: if your guests aren’t having a good time, they won’t be staying around for too long, and you won’t be able to turn a profit – which lets you unlock new challenges and islands.

Of course, the stars of your parks are your dinosaurs. You can source global dig sites in search of fossils and research new genes to unlock new species and bioengineering opportunities. Each dinosaur has its own set of behaviours, traits, and appearance (which you can modify through scientific research), as well as enclosure needs that you’ll need to satisfy.

Success is measured by tracking your income and reputation based on your overall park and dinosaur ratings. The more you expand, the faster your name will be known, but beware of threats that are out of your control, such as storms, disease, dinosaur escapes, or industrial espionage. Your actions have consequences!

Jurassic World Evolution has been a true team effort from the start, with many of us sharing the same nostalgia for the Jurassic movies and games with you! Today, we want to take a moment to thank all of the developers for the love, passion, and hard work they’ve put into the game. We’d also like to thank our partners at Universal, because without them, none of this would have been possible! Thank you to our forum mods, content creators, and all others who keep our community a welcoming and positive place where your voices can be heard, and ideas can be shared.

Last but not least we’d like to thank all of you for your ongoing support, feedback, and enthusiasm. We won’t lie: it was a bit overwhelming when we announced the game and realised the size and strength of the Jurassic community! Thank you for helping us envision and shape the game, and we are honoured to have been in this position. Thank you, and enjoy the game!

The digital version of Jurassic World Evolution is out now on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox one*. You can buy the game on our website by clicking here.

The physical version of Jurassic World Evolution for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One comes out on July 3, 2018.

Nice, but the Frontier store is bugged.

- It offers Planet Coaster for Steam instead of Jurassic World when you want it in german

- it offers Jurassic World with no picture and only for Steam when you want it in english.

- it does not offer a discount when you have trouble getting it via the Frontier Store. =P

We've seen your feedback and we're definitely making notes so we can take a look into these things :)

Hey Aranbonjo, this is also something we'll be considering post launch so thanks for getting in touch :)

I'm having so much fun !

This is a dream came true a Jurassic Park Building/Zoo Game... 😍

It has been a long time, I wasn't this addicted to a game.

I am having an absolute blast with it. Had my first livestream as well and with a couple of hick ups everything went fine. This game is beautiful and the animations are spot on.

Question

Is there a new DLC coming on 22 June (I heard it is coming and its free?), only then could you get the game on Steam be like from -50% to -40% because for the younger players their parents think the game is too expensive... So only on the DLC release can the game be -50% or less (-45%, -40%...)?

I know that that I won't get an answer but I guess the admin can just read this and think about it

Missing from Xbox Online Store [SINGAPORE]

Hey Frontier,

Kinda bummed out because I really wanted to play this beautiful looking game as soon as possible, but it's been missing from the online Xbox store Singapore. I'm not too keen on waiting until the 3rd of July to play, and so I'm wondering as to why it's not released within the South East Asian stores. (I've seen other posts with this same problem, but if I do have to wait, so be it. :) )

Thanks for your time.
