Hey guys the other day I found out that JWE is available for preorder on the ps-store. I’ve seen some gameplay vids and it looks real good. There’s already a forum and a YouTube channel with vids hosted by Ed.

I’m hyped! You guys should check it out. :D

Looks interesting.

I've already asked some questions about PS4 Pro support, as the FAQ is a little vague, although does confirm HDR support. I will not be pre-ordering and might wait for a Digital Foundry analysis if FDev won't be revealing things like supported resolution and such on the Pro. The MS Store page confirms 4K HDR10 support on the Xbox One X.

So far I have only seen PC gameplay.

Yeah I’ve also only seen PC gameplay myself. But it looks like a lot of fun, which is more important to me. I have pre-ordered it, but I’m crazy like that.

I do hope we get to see PS4 gameplay at some point on the way to launch.

Yeh I was quite disappointed in the pre-order price as, while its a Universal licenced game, FDev are still a small "indie" studio in comparison to others.

The Sony block buster, AAA God of War PS4 Deluxe version is cheaper to buy digitally than JWE, which doesn't make much sense at least to me, and I know that game will push the Pro hard from what I have seen already.

I really hope its a good game and its not just priced high due to the film tie in. I might wait to see how JWE is received before buying it tbh, I will also be waiting to see how GoW does too. I very rarely pre-order games these days, although I did with Elite.

Same for me. Elite is the only other game I’ve ever pre-ordered. It’s still cheaper than Injustice 2 which works out at about $120 in Australia if you get the delux edition.

While I'm personally not interested in a dinosaur park game, I am glad that Frontier is supporting consoles with games like this. Frontier does a good job in making what are traditionally thought as PC-only games work on a console. Hopefully they will inspire other PC game developers to cross over to consoles as well. I can't wait for the day when a new version of "Silent Hunter" is released for Playstation :D

Have you seen some gameplay Old Duck? I was mildly interested until I saw some videos. Now I’m really excited, it looks amazing!

My eleven year old is positively vibrating with anticipation and very laudably has managed to actually save a sizeable chunk of his February birthday money. I tend to advise against preorders until the last possible minute because you just know that a tastier deal will become available as soon as you click pay!

One of the PC gameplay videos showed really bad screen tear, the official video was fine. So we shall see. ;)
