If you want your very own Jurassic World Raptor Pack moment, like riding a motorcycle with the dinosaurs, you can make one happen:

UPDATED: so, after experimenting a lot, I found that the goat thing must have been a fluke. It appears that raptors have a behaviour to chase jeeps - and if you have an empty map, with nothing else they need to do (they're fed and watered), they will chase you for a long time. New steps:
  • Start with an empty map
  • Close the park (so that your raptors can roam free)
  • Clear a very large grassland area if you want better visibility
  • Make a Ranger Station
  • Make a Hammond Lab (or several)
  • Incubate as many Velociraptors as you want in your pack
  • Feed the raptors, and give them water (they seem to be more likely to chase if they've already performed their other behaviours)
  • Park the jeep near the raptors, and watch them - if they start running towards you, they've probably triggered the chase jeep behaviour
  • Drive around - the raptors will follow

So long as you don't let them catch you (they will ram the jeep), they will chase you for a long time.

That was the first thing on my mind, when they announced the jeep herding thing... Going Owen Grady with a raptor pack! :D

UPDATED - I've been experimenting with this, and found the goat must have been a fluke. They'll chase your jeep anyway.

Jeep-chasing is one possible raptor behaviour, and it seems to trigger more often if they've already eaten and had a drink.

With a ton of raptors on the map, the most I've had on one chase was NINE! (but to get nine, the population has to be so high that they fight, so you'll have droopy, injured raptors chasing you).
