To give us this Attraction frontier could use the Mechanics of the Jurassic tour Trucks with just minor modifications.
The Trucks CAN be driven manually in the shallow water, but the Tourpath has to be outside the water for them to drive as automatic ride.
If frontier would make an Boatskin like the ones from JW THE Ride or Jurassic Park The Ride they could just do the opposite and let us place the path for the boats only in the shallow water.
If it would be To much work to do an new Buildung as Entrance for this Boatride, the "boats" could instead have some whels too ......so are not only boats but amphicars
