Juri Ishmaak and Colonel Bris Dekker combat bonds questions and answers

So I was unable to find these answers online. I went and did testing and this is the results:

As of 2.3 commanders update

Question: Does it have to be a specific combat bond or can the combat bond be from anywhere?
Answer: The combat bonds can be from anywhere.

Question: Do I need to have the combat bond be from a single source or can I have multiple combat bonds adding up to the total needed?
Answer: You CAN have combat bonds from multiple sources so long as they add up to the total you need.

Question: How much combat bonds do I need?
Answer:
A) Juri Ishmaak requires 100,000 in combat bonds
B) Colonel Bris Dekker requires 1,000,000 in combat bonds
***The requirement needed for both was lowered to 10% of the previous requirement in 2.3 update or sometime before

Question: What is the total combat bonds needed for engineers to unlock and use?
Answer: 1,100,000 is needed for both Juri and Col Bris together.

Question: Do I need to turn the combat bonds in all at once or can I turn them in a bit at a time?
Answer: Sorry I forgot to test :( People are saying you can turn them in bits at a time. However since its onl 1,000,000 and 100,000 needed I would do a single run through on a conflict zone, get that and just get it over with instead of making the journey back and forth.

For me the following happened:
- Juri Ishmaak used 100k from tambe corp
- Colonel Bris Dekker used 185,200 from Tambe corp and 814800 from LTT 12787 JET CREATIVE CORP

As a follow up
You DO need federation type combat bonds (not sure how you determine these) to be able to turn them in under the contacts menu if you wish to turn in more here after the initial 1 million donation.

Since 2.3 dekker states on the list of engineers he wants 1 million. Just got there and the million doesn't touch the sides wants the whole shebang 10,000000

ANswer: You can do it either way. I turned in the first all at once, then the greedy one's demands a little bit at a time (about 1-2 million per stop)

EDIT: all 10 million were turned in as smaller allotments to Dekker (whom I wanna Deck, greedy @#%@) post 2.3... Simply click on the 'Donate' button and it will happily slurp down all your available combat bond vouchers. If you meet the full allotment, whatever value remain can be returned and claimed at the origin system.

It's the same with Juri Ishmaak, it states he wants 100,000 in bonds but today I had to donate 1 million to unlock him.

EDIT: Just unlocked Dekker with 1 million though so she is working for me as advertised.

I just unlocked Dekker on the weekend...he wanted, and got 10 million credits...I didn't get a choice.

The Engineer brief says 1 million but when you get there to donate, the scale is to 10 million.

If someone can prove to me they only needed 1 million, then I will raise a ticket with FD to recoup the other 9.

I know for me I was able to do just 1 million and 100 thousand post 2.3 They did not take any more then that when I donated.

Exact stats I recorded when I did it:
- Juri Ishmaak used 100k from tambe corp
- Colonel Bris Dekker used 185,200 from Tambe corp and 814800 from LTT 12787 JET CREATIVE CORP

I showed up with a little over 11 million because I thought I needed that much between both....I later sold the rest of the combat bonds after I unlocked these 2 engineers.
