The 50 combat bond part will autocomplete once you have done it, assuming you have the initial invite. Just like with Palin, if you have the invite once you have traveled the 5k ly you instantly get a notice it is completed. After that just show up with 1mil in unclaimed bounties and turn them in to him.
As someone pointed out last week its federation combat bonds,important point.
You can claim them piece meal,you dont have to have 50 all at once for that part.
In CZ's make sure to pick a side,in this case a federation side,then stay on the edges of the combat zone and kill enemies that stray to the wrong side.
Landing yourself in the middle of the zone chasing a ship is a bad idea,be aware of that.
What ship you flying?
