Can you please tell me the vouchers for JURI ISHMAAK
do have to cash out with him or is it possible in other places?and
can bring after 50 to 100,000 more?

Once you get the invite (i.e. have cashed in 50 bonds) you can then either give the whole amount he needs for access at once or bit by bit.

(You cannot cash in any of your first 50 with him as you don't have the invite and so cannot land at his base.)

Do you even need to hand them in? It only says 'earn' ... so long ago I can't remember ...

I have a vague memory of earning 50 and then handing them in once I had the invite, but may be wrong

Edit : that must be wrong as the actual text in-game says 'claim', it's only Inara says 'earn'

it is probably better to cash out slowly, otherwise if I get knocked down these vouchers will disappear

You can get your cash right away, it'll be counted...
