Is it possible with this update we can get a JPOG patch on the sandbox mode.. where you have the option to play sandbox the way it is now OR play it the way it was on JPOG.
  • herbos dont have to live off feeders, nor do the carnos
  • no disease
  • Herbos live off of the grass and trees
  • carnos live off the herbos
-carnos hunt when hungry, and only kill when hungry, AND could possibly miss a kill if they got fatigued from chasing it.
- carnos only fight each other is in a certain distance
-carnos also only chase prey when in a certain distance

i would be happy with just that tbh, i just miss the free roaming aspect of the game, there is no oppurtunity to watch nature take its course.
wishlist:
  • island editor... i wish we were able to build our own islands in this sandbox mode like old times and put water where we please
  • dinosaur reproduction, as well as free roaming flying dinosaurs as well

Despite some things in common with both games, Jurassic World Evolution is intended to be its own game, as confirmed by Paul_Crowther to me on an old dead thread of mine.

And you can have no diseases already in sandbox as an option. Carnivores already hunt when hungry enough. And island customization in the way you're thinking of I don't think may be a thing because the maps are made to feel very cohesive to the stories and lores, and it would be impossible to make something as random as in Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis simply because of the game's build and how its worlds are made to be.

The only thing I think could be potential, however, is the idea of dinosaurs not feeding from feeders as an option with hunger and (maybe) thirst having a disabling option. That way you don't need to worry or feel pressured about keeping your dinos fed in sandbox all of the time as you wish.

No one outside the development team knows too much of Update 1.12's new free content yet. So whether or not that idea may be in this next update, we'll just have to wait and see. If it isn't, there's always another next free good size update to do so afterwards if so.
