Just a little exploration, found a dwarf star with a ring system

Hi there,

just reporting in after a minor exploration trip, excellent fun in its own way, even managed to get some systems with my name as first discoverer, something I always wanted to do.

Anyway, I grabbed a couple of screen shots, one is very interesting, a dwarf star with a ring system, the other piccy is just some scenery. I'm not sure if a dwarf star ring system has ever been discussed in astronomical terms? (Edit - post made whilst very tired....)



Really enjoying the game, bring on the Thargoids....

That's awesome, I've seen that in other systems, but it wasn't the main star.

Someone else posted a pic of similar a few days ago and I've got a couple of pics of the same excpet the star is red. So I guess it's not so unusual in-game.

Perhaps the OP was born under a zodiac constellation that includes a star with rings....?
