Well, if you say so, ok. Normally I'm not posting much there and try to be polite, but I'll let them know that Helmut from the forums is greeting.
On a more serious note and without sarcasm: I don't ever post on that stream (who would be able to read it anyway), and I am always polite
. Sadly, some individuals amongst the ED players don't abide by that and are very rude, condescending towards the other games and very entitled. Which is sad.

I have a system for the FU streams:
At 18:00 I start making dinner.
By the time it is ready to eat I can normally sit down and sloppily munch my way through whatever gastronomic delight I have prepared at around, or just after, the start of the ED bit. If late, just rewind to start.
I'm not too enthralled by the other offerings from the FD stable.

There are numerous ways around that issue. VODs are a thing. Tuning in later is a thing - but maybe FOMO prevents that. Why people instead choose to be there right at the start and then complain for 45 minutes is beyond me.
I usually tune in at the start, sometimes it's at least a bit interesting what else Frontier is doing, but generally it runs in the background while I do other stuff. Or I just watch the VOD of the part that interests me afterwards, or some time later. But I guess the internet was really made for two things: The naughty one, and complaining to people who don't care about your complaints.

New ship looks amazing even in 160p , what was that module?, a size 4 mining laser/gun ? Wish i could hear anything, look forward to rerunning the episode in my hotel room tonight, also purple prestige skins, very nice !

It might be the most agile medium ship ever and a true succesor to the asp scout lmao.
The mining module is obviously just a stack of guns, probably a projectile based mining device capable of being a true weapon when the need arises.

Well, if it could make core-mining easier...such as being outfitted with a pulse wave analyzer mk II highlighting differently the astroids containing a core, that would be nice...

They said the ship will look different in different "modes". The new mining tool is a "burst" mining laser that blows off whole junks of an asteroid. The round shapes you can see on the top and bottom of the ship will open up and "suck" the fragments in without the need of limpets.
