Just a Thank You (That I hope David Braben sees)

Hi All (Any grammar errors, or ranting, please forgive! I've been out drinking!)

Just a simple thread but I think an important one, there was a bug in 2.1 regarding AI weapons, it was a big bug which caused a lot of grief. We lost ships and in game credits but also the bug made Forum users fall out, some users just said "Get Good" (Sorry can't do the bad grammar! OCD issue, or maybe I'm a grown up) but it turns out that it was nothing to do with being good, it was a bug.

However those of us who also remembered that while it's upsetting, it's just a game emailed the support team.

The Frontier support team are awesome, not just because they gave me back the credits that the losses of 2.1 had cost me but because they responded at all (and so quickly) Don't say they don't care about their customers, they clearly do.

I sent an email back to them from their reply asking that David Braben saw my feedback but I just wanted to make sure he saw the feedback I am giving, and if not him then everyone else.

Bugs happen in computer software, they are unavoidable, it's how companies deal with them that defines them. FD are exceptional
 
Things aren't perfect and people aren't perfect.

But at least FD do their best to make things better.

Yeah bugs are unavoidable with complexities of todays computers and operating systems. To reinburse everyone is a good thing and ahows they can admit when they make a mistake.
