Just bought the game: screen flickers non stop

As soon as I get into the first tutorial, the screen starts to flicker. Changing the graphics settings does not seem to change anything.
I updated my drivers, windows and made sure nothing else was running in the background. My PC should be more then sufficient to run this game.

Very frustrating as I just bought the game and was planning to enjoy it with my girlfriend, Does anyone know how to fix it?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X
GPU: AMD Radeon 5700 XT
RAM: 32GB

How do I solve this issue?

Possible issues with monitor syncing I believe, here's a quote from Reddit that could help :

" I was having a constant flicker with the game, and it turned out to be an issue with a G Sync Compatibility, Free Sync, Adaptive Sync, or something along those lines. I didn't narrow down the specifics, but either turning Free Sync off on my monitor, or going into the Nvidia Control Panel and disabling it with this game seems to have completely fixed the problem."

so since you are using amd not Nvidia I would use the amd Radeon settings to see if that helps
