Just finished colonising 2nd system and 1st system no longer showing as mine

Hi All, anyone experienced this and is this possibly part of some of the known bugs? - for some reason, I cant see the architect view anymore on the 1st system I colonised. I was in the midst of finishing my second system when the claim lock was put in place so not sure if its that causing an issue too?

Any thoughts/advice would be welcome.
