No, that's just Aisling Duval. In fact, right now my Clipper is the opposite: great ship, crappy looks due to flaky paint.

Hi dc83. Yes I get this also. I reported it as a bug a while ago. Haven't heard anything since June. Maybe if you could mention in the post that you get the issue as well? I'll post again as a reminder.

This really irks me too. I spent £10 on skins for my clipper two days ago and they all look like garbage, even repaired to 100%... what a waste of money (again!). As usual, no response from support!

I'm flying a Clipper right now, and I like my Imp ships to look nice and clean 'cause they're the best looking ships in the game and deserve to look perfect.

But, although I just repaired my paintwork on the Clipper, I look at it and the paint is flaking off all down the sides! What in blazes are they painting it with? Cheap Joe's Sandwich Coloring?!!?!

Can we please have it so that fresh paintwork doesn't come out looking like a 1970's car that's been stored in the sun and driven through sandstorms every day?

It's a bug, I've experienced it both on the Clipper and FDL and reported it some time ago, no response so far:
