When I am scanning solar systems on many of the icy planets I hear "Speak to me" as one of the background noises. With the 17 patch I also hear "kiss Me" in the background noise. Check it out when you FSS scanning. LOL I may be just hearing things.

You’ve been scanning too many systems with just icy rocks in them…

… actually, that’s probably the large majority of them in the galaxy. So I’m not sure I can suggest avoiding them.
