Just got a Clipper

I had around 40 mil in the bank from trading and killing, and decided to trade in the mostly A-Class Type 7 for a Clipper. It's a great ship, with C7 Shields, C3 Pulse Lasers and C2 multi-cannons, I don't fear an elite Anaconda anymore. However, I bought the thing in Empire space and I can't find a high tech port that can sell me upgraded thrusters! I'm about to jump back to Gliese 868 to get them, but I'd prefer to save the fuel scooping. Anyone have luck outfitting a Clipper in Imperial space?

I was going to say LTT1349 but it is close to Gliese 868 so forget it... here's a bump tho, maybe someone will help you! :)

Use the galaxy map to find a high population hightech system.

For a few days the place I made berth was at Nu. It's a high tech system fairly close to Achenar. You might be able to find upgrades there.

Awesome, thanks guys, I'll check these out. I was looking for a very large population High Tech system and was striking out. Without an A-Class FSD it was going to be a hike back to Gliese 868. I'll check these, think I have looked at a couple already, and get back to you. Cheers!
