CTD when I tried to start Odyssey again.
Started Horizons and was in my SRV, but the ship was 1 km above the surface and I couldn't recall it, so I dismissed and recalled it - same problem.
Started Elite: Dangerous (for the first time) and had to resort to the mythical Recover to Orbit option.
Back in my Krait, some 20,000 Ls from my original location I hightailed it to the nearest station and docked.
I restarted Odyssey and all was well; I was in my ship, I'd not lost my SRV and the mission was still active.
