Ships Just purchased and... two kills

So I've just bought a Vulture and claimed the lives of 2 NPC Pirates. Wow... Talk about overkill. My load out is nowhere near where I want it as I was limited to the purchases available at Dahan but the Interdictor gave me an Eagle and a Cobra to blast with little worry.

The following load out is where I'll consider it "Acceptable" in Solo for me but I'm still trying to get parts.

PS... Are Plasma Accelerators a good idea for a Vulture?

Glad to hear you like the Vulture - you should be able to rack up plenty of kills and be able to afford those extra goodies very quickly. Its my favourite ship so far and the one i have flown the most - its got me over 70m cr in the month or so that I have had it - although Cr per hour were probly better in pre 1.3 days, you can still make a very good return for your investment.

The thing I like about flying the Vulture now is that I feel very confident in its abilities and what I can do with it now - I have been doing a lot of assassination type missions lately and the Vulture can hold its own against most NPC ships, with the exception of the 3 Anacondas in SSS

Not sure about the PA's - you will have to do some serious power management to make it work with all the other components - but hey, its free to try out, but I would take some time to really get the feel of the ship before doing to much experimenting.

It looks like your current loadout still has room for plenty of extra's - how do you find those C3 Burst lasers work with a 4B power dist?

So far the biggest thing I've shot down was another NPC Vulture. It really wasn't much of a spectacle... We flew around a bit... I opened up with my Pulses... He died... I FSD'd out. But man... the damage the Vulture can do! I can't wait to kit myself out and go bounty hunting from the board.

Also I just arrived in Aulin and increased the Jump range, fitted a 4A Distributor, and boosted the shield strength with a second 0A Shield Booster. Glad I traded my Asp (which I loved very much), I've been wanting a murder machine for a while.
