Just rolled a cmdr

He was a novice and in a cobra. Bear in mind I'm only competent.
There was me and a CMDR I met I game at a Res and the novice CMDR.
My wingman was very new and bugged out to re arm, as he went the novice his a 600cr bounty.

Now don't get me wrong I'm a great CMDR. I help most that I see but I felt this was fair game. I weighed up buy back first. I've been rolled for 1m buy back for 200cr bounty.
I say fair game, you fellas?

A new CMDR I met. He made enough to get i cobra, I dropped him 100k for half decent laid out. For some reason he fitted rails and after 2 targets he had to go reload. That's when I see the wanted guy. I was all pips to engine trying to keep up. Guy was fast.

I'm the only one having trouble understanding what happened? So you kill the novice? The NPC? Al Qaida showed up? You are not making sense man.

I am not sure how the first Cmdr relates to the second Cmdr. Sorry. I am still not sure what happened here. Don't get me wrong, your English is better than my, erm, YoBuckish? But I think I am losing something in translation.

I think he went to pick off the cobra with a small bounty when his wingman left to rearm. I presume he wants to see if this makes him a bad guy or not. Personally I don't care. Random murder is disincentivised but not outlawed.

He wouldn't jump. Was trying to get back to his target. Novice is what, 200 kills? He knows how bounties work

Of course this thread is tounge in cheek but on a half serious note where is the line drawn? Big bounties don't play open

Still a bit confused. Okay I try not to go after low bounties for myself but still.................

Are you concerned that the Cmdr you killed was a noob?

Fair to shoot the CMDR, he had a 600CR bounty for probably muffing a docking or something.

Got a feeling he is destined to be the baddest PKiller ever once he learns his trade, he will be back at ya with a 'Conda to wreak revenge in a few weeks time :p

Not really, I wouldn't deliberately target a noob, is warn them of there bounty as I did to another CMDR today. It's more with the low bounties on offer where is the line drawn with real players?
