The shops employees, after getting a few formations, never get enough work and get unhappy because of it.

Even if they have a constant 100% of the time full waiting lines, at the highest level they never get enough... just not realistic i mean they just CAN'T do more than what their doing so it should be at ''normal''

This has been reported as a bug multiple times so i guess this is being looked into
