Just signed up, lifetime DLC query.

Just signed into beta, and glad I did. Unfortunately, in my excitement, I misread the lifetime expansion offer, thought the start date was July 29th. No big deal as I would've supported the game either way. Anyhow, was curious if the lifetime offer might make a return prior to launch. I would gladly pay another $75 to take advantage of it.

Anyhow, back to reading up on the game. Hope to see you all in there.

welcome to the forums, glad your doing a bit of reading at the start as it will save you a lot of typing later saying that though any questions don't hesitate to ask, we have a very helpful bunch in this community who are always willing to point you in the right direction.

yeah, each expansion will be like a new game...with completely new game mechanics, rules, missions, assets...future is bright

Sorry you've missed the lifetime expansion pass, but there will still be plenty to keep you busy in the meantime. First expansion might be a year away anyway.

Fingers crossed one day the pass will return (in fact I'm not entirely certain why they took the decision to remove it in the first place) but as mentioned above don't count on it.

Thanks for the welcomes. Been practicing landing and launching at space stations. Made a couple of trades, ran a couple combat missions. This game is awesome.

Well, I can wish, and make my official plea to Frontier...Please make the Lifetime pass available one more time, say a week before launch, last time ever offered. I have my wallet in hand ready to throw at you.
