I finally found a black hole! Already discovered, of course, but it's a start.
Also, I love how the background view changes as you get closer to the galactic core. I'm still nowhere near, but this arm of the galaxy looms brightly in the background and it's stunning.
I am now 5100 light-years from the bubble and have no urge to return. Despite being near two prominent nebulas, almost everything is unexplored except for the neutron stars and O-type stars. I guess everyone went to the nebulas and scanned the exotics and left everything else untouched.
Lots of unexplored A and B stars in my area, probably going to hang out here for a while and just scan everything.
