Just two questions (maybe for the devs);

The first one is a tecnical question:
1) why, even if i have been notified that a friend is online, i cannot communicate with him because: cannot connect to CMDR xxx ?
how does it works?

2) how the masses interfere with the Frameshift Charge?
For example : if I want to load the frameshift near an eagle my drive charges more slowly in a factor of 6 , even if the Eagles are two.
If my Frameshift drive has a optimal mass of 90 Tons I expect my frameshift can charge at normal speed until the 90 tons are not exceeded, but this don't happens. can you please explain me why? i can guess that these mechanics aren't related at a phisical motivation but just at a scripted gameplay feature, am i right?
 
I suspect the mumbo jumbo about 2 is something to do with another object being close to you, like mass-locking, it's just not so massive to stop you completely. It's a different ship which ain't going to jump with you so it's disrupting the sci-fi magical fairy field that it needs (and yes, clearly for gameplay to stop people vanishing from fights in an instant).

As for number 1, it seems to be a bug affecting a lot of users, myself included. FD are aware of the issue but are seemingly still troubleshooting it. I've got a request for more information from them, but not at home so can't try it yet.
