Can you explain to me, how exactly you upgraded? Did you have to cancel your normal pre-order first? Or did it automatically apply the discount? Because when I try to just order the premium beta, it doesn't show me the discount.
I had a similar issue yesterday, you should try contacting the stores customer support team: support@zaonce.netI went all the way till I was redirected to the PayPal site and asked to pay 120 €, so it doesn't seem as if they applied the discount of my existing normal beta access.

From past posts on this subject, I think the discount only appears at the final step. I can't be certain though, because I've never done it myself.
There is technical problem with upgrading in zaonce store at this moment since Premium Beta roll out. FD is looking into it but it is weekend now so I don't think it be will sorted out before monday.
Got mine upgrade yesterday via email before the weekend.
