K-Warrant Scan

With attacking NPC wings we need faster K-Warrant Scan.
It would be also useful, if already scanned ships had a symbol next to them.

Not so easy when a Python and 3 cobras unload into you and you're K-Warrant scanning.

Some things just aren't going to be easy. Is a discovered warrant shared within a wing? If so, then have someone act as a scanner while the rest fight. If not, then maybe that's what you should argue for.

Yes, warrant information is shared between a wing.

With the currently best K-Warrant Scan they all manage to escape before scanning and destruction... Although I do both at the same time, but have to wait with shooting until the scanning is complete.
