Hello!
I just happend to cause a ~48000 credits fine to a college of mine by scanning him with a kill warrent scanner!
I wanted to make a joke by scanning him with the k-warrent scanner when i arrived.
He told me that he got a 48000 credits fine for stolen goods (he had 6tonnes of stolen gold) from the federation at the moment I finished scanning him :S
I mean, the K-warrent scanner doesen't scan cargo, right?
And even if it does, why is the information forwarded to the ferderation so that they can give him the fine?
There were no security vessels there at that time.
This is very strange....
Did the same thing happen to any other commander here?
